What is Spokane Traders Club?

Spokane Real Estate Traders Club provides networking and a forum for the voluntary exchange of information concerning commercial properties listed for lease, sale, or exchange.

All real estate brokers and salespersons licensed in Washington and Idaho are eligible for membership, subject to the criteria as defined on the Membership page.

Spokane Real Estate Traders Club meet the 3rd Wednesday of each month unless otherwise announced by the Board of Directors. Coffee & pastries are provided, and a packet of new and updated listings will be reviewed. Meetings are for Club Members only. Guest requests must be submitted to the Board of Directors for review and sponsored by a current member in good standing.
